2. What data we process

We mainly process: your full name, email, phone number, company name, billing details and the content of any messages or enquiries you send us.

When you book a consultation we also process your chosen time, language and time zone. We automatically process technical data (IP address, device type, cookies) to run and analyse the website.

3. Purposes and legal basis

Performance of a contract and pre-contractual steps (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR): booking consultations, preparing proposals and providing services.

Legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR): improving our services, security, and direct marketing to existing clients.

Consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR): marketing communications, our newsletter and marketing cookies. You can withdraw consent at any time.

4. Recipients and processors

We only share data with vetted providers who process it on our behalf: hosting and databases (Supabase, Vercel), email services (Resend), analytics and advertising (Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta).

We have a data processing agreement in place with every processor.

5. Transfers outside the EU

Because the controller is based in the USA and we also use providers outside the EU, data may be transferred to third countries. Transfers take place on the basis of Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC) approved by the European Commission, which ensure an adequate level of protection.

6. Retention period

We keep personal data for the duration of our engagement and afterwards for as long as required by law. Data processed on the basis of consent is kept until that consent is withdrawn.
