Terms of Service

Effective from 30 June 2026

These general terms of service govern the provision of services under the Chianna Way brand, operated by Nydrok LLC (the provider), and our relationship with clients who order those services.

1. Introductory provisions

The provider is Nydrok LLC, EIN 36-5152970, registered at 1209 Mountain Rd PL NE 5888, Albuquerque, NM 87110, USA, operating the Chianna Way brand.

These terms apply to all services provided through the website chiannaway.com, unless an individual contract states otherwise.

2. Scope of services

The provider mainly offers: performance marketing powered by its own AI engine, the creation of websites and online stores with built-in AI, and the development of custom AI apps and automation.

The specific scope, deliverables and price are always set out in an individual proposal or contract.

3. Orders and conclusion of contract

A contract is formed when both parties confirm the order or proposal, or when service delivery begins. The free initial consultation is non-binding and does not create a contractual relationship.

4. Pricing and payment terms

Prices are set individually according to the scope of services and stated in the proposal. We offer transparent fee models, from a fixed price to a performance-based fee on revenue.

Unless agreed otherwise, invoices are payable within 14 days of issue.

5. Rights and obligations of the parties

The client provides the necessary cooperation, materials and access. The provider delivers its services with professional care and within the agreed deadlines.

The provider is not responsible for results affected by factors beyond its control (e.g. changes to advertising platforms, the actions of third parties).

6. Confidentiality

The parties undertake to keep confidential any sensitive information obtained during the engagement and to protect it from disclosure to third parties.

7. Liability

The provider is liable for damage caused by a breach of its obligations to the extent set out by applicable law. Liability for indirect damage and lost profit is excluded to the maximum extent permitted by law.

8. Final provisions

Matters not covered by these terms are governed by the applicable law. The parties will try to resolve any disputes amicably.

The provider is entitled to update these terms; the current version is available on the website.
